nice n easy opened its doors in Athens eighteen years ago with a simple idea: that good food and good company shouldn’t ask much of you. No dress codes, no formality – just a table, a few well-made dishes, and the time to enjoy them. Almost two decades later, that idea hasn’t changed. What has changed is everything we’ve learned along the way: which Greek producers we trust, which classic recipes deserve a quieter touch, which dishes belong on a Tuesday lunch and which on a Saturday night.

Today, nice n easy is a gastrotavern in the truest sense of the word – somewhere between a neighbourhood haunt and a destination, where the kitchen takes its craft seriously and the room takes itself a little less so.
